Felicia scheduled my Enclave in without hesitation due to a check engine light that had me very concerned. I thought it was going in for a quick check of the code...but they fixed it the same day and in quick turnaround. Like 1 hour! I was extremely appreciative. Definitely having a wonderful service department is a huge asset for people that need great service when buying a car! This dealership is it!

Notifications of appointment was great, the assignment of your service agent by name was good so check in time the agent would go over the services needs at time of drop off! Unfortunately, no agent was available just the receptionist at the service desk. Will the work was completed to my request at a reasonable price offer by GMC. The young lady and young man at the pickup time was very helpful adjusting the billing to reflect credits using my GMC points earned! Overall I was satisfied with the workmenship at the Dealership.

I was Out of state and my 2019 Duramax broke down. It's was Friday afternoon. By the time I got towed to the dealer they were closed for the weekend. First thing Monday morning they looked at my truck and gave a diagnosis. It would have been a few days for parts and repairs. They went over my options willing to do whatever I wanted. No pressure. I ended up trading in my truck and leaving with a new one. They went above and beyond to make sure I left happy.

Let me start off by saying my salesperson Charlotte was fine. I had no problems or issues dealing with her. However, I did not appreciate agreeing to a deal, and then going to pickup the vehicle and finalize the paperwork getting hit with all the "extra" service plans available. I really think that should be discussed earlier, and not the day of the "sale". On top of that, the truck came with bed rails which I indicated I did not want. So what happened, they were installed and then removed. I saw on the GM website that I could have returned the rails if they were still in the original box. Opps, too late. Cost me $1200! Not happy about that at all!

Blaise Alexander Service Department has always treated me with respect. They have also taken my concerns seriously and done their best to meet my needs. Chad and his service team are great. I had an after market lift kit and wheels installed. They are always thorough and approach any repair/install with the do it once do it right mentality. Couldn’t be happier with the results. I also had state inspection done with fluids and filters being changed. All around great service.

Service I requested was completed satisfactorily. I got in car and drove 1/4 mile to.pick up lunch and when I went to.get in my cargo saw the molding around the bottom on the driver's seat was pull away and could see the wires controlling the seat adjustment. When right back to dealer to show them and they said they didn't do any service to inside of car so it wasn't there problem. I fold then it wasn't broken when I arrived and they needed to fix. Tech took vehicle and men manager told me they had to look at video. Half hour later they brought my car back piece was somewhat put in place but not attached and part just hangs. Not happy, was not broke when I brought car in and they did not device inside but their tech drove the car so he sat on the seat. I guess I need to find some where else for service and pay for seat repair out of my pocket. No happy

This appointment was the 2nd time we were told that the part needed for my 2024 Buick Encore had come in. Due to my work schedule, my wife took the vehicle in for the 10AM appointment on 9/23/2024. As fate would have it, the part was not in, and she was compelled to wait for approximately 4 hours while the part was ostensibly in route from Pottsville, PA. In the interim, she sat there as a "nobody" while she heard Dealer staff warmly greeting other customers and saying words to the effect... " We'll get you in and out.." After this long waiting period, they drove my wife home claiming they would drive the car to my residence. Obviously angered by the shoddy treatment given to my wife, I called the service department for an explanation. The receptionist apologized and provided a bevy of excuses that workers had called off that day and that another was getting the part from Pottsville. Disgusted I hung up. Miraculously, the part was installed and driven to my home. It is highly unlikely that I will ever do business with Blaise Alexander again. This experience, coupled with the six month wait I endured for body work to be done in 2024, leads me to believe that I am not a valued customer. Obviously, I will not go somewhere I am not wanted.

As your service is always great I only rated you a 5-because I was disappointed the rear cover for the trailer hitch and the front camera sensors were not ready to be replaced. During our last service on 6/17/2025 both items were noted telling my wife they would be ordered, were warranty covered items and we would be called when they came in. We NEVER received a call in that 3-month window only to find neither parts were in or ready to be installed. Seems like someone dropped the ball and as I mentioned disappointing.

I was in for a state inspection and emission on September 25 2025 I was told I get free inspection and am emission exempt I was given a price when I made the appointment after completion of the service I was charged $5.75 more than quoted for disposal fee for hazardous waste when I called back and spoke to the service manager "CHAD MARKS" and questioned the charge of the fee that had nothing to do with an inspection after being quoted a price when making the appointment and was not told of this additional charge he become defensive and arrogant and stated all repair orders are charged this fee. Obviously they are charging customers more than what was quoted. He stated next time I would be charged more. I would hope General Motors would investigate and take action of this type of conduct of CHAD MARKS Service Manager. I had inspections done at Blaise Alexander Hazleton PA in the past and was never treated with this type of conduct from them before CHAD MARKS should be let go from this position he is employed in. Also he does not have the people skills in working with the customers. He certainly is hurting the reputation of this dealership in committing this type of criminal act.

I had a nail in my tire and they took me right in. Thankfully I didn't need a new tire. They took great care of me and my vehicle. I appreciate their service

I felt forced to buy windshield wiper blades to pass inspection. The test is basically an arbitrary visualization as to windshield wiper performance. In 60 years of getting my car inspected, not once did anyone ever deny an inspection based on windshield wipers and I had worse windshield wipers then was on my current car. When they got bad, I replaced them. In fact nobody ever mentioned wind shield wipers. Who even knew this was an inspection point. Nobody that I have talked to since has. I feel its another money making gotcha by the dealerships. I think at the very least, I could have been warned that the car wouldn't pass inspection next time so that I could have put my own wipers on or made the decision to let the dealership put them on at next inspection since I didn't have a problem with seeing out of the windshield. That was my arbitrary evaluation. I have been getting my car inspected and serviced at this dealership for the last 9 years. I looked up penn dot inspection and the test is visual. Very arbitrary depending on who is evaluating the test.

The service I received was excellent. BUT I 'm disappointed with GM. I take care of my vehicle .At this visit my car, i needed a replacement part, but, could not be done. As, GM discontinued this part, and had no replacement for it. This is a very poor way to run a business. Always had a buick, will never buy Buick again.

It took 3 times of me putting a day aside and wait there before they finally got the right part in. Not sure where the blame lies but atleast it is done now. A discount offer on part or something being they are marked up so high anyways would be nice compensation .

Everyone was very nice that I had spoken to at the service department,the only issue I had was probably just a small oversight , on my way home my tire pressure light came on due to the tires being rotated and the requirement of 35 psi rear 32psi front,so the rear tires were now low, no big deal for me I have a air compressor in my garage , but with that said , I’m very happy with the dealership

Had two recent oil changes my windshield reminder sticker did not get changed in 2 visits, also vehicle work was completed, vehicle pulled out of work area into parking spot, mechanic dropped work order at service desk waited 20 minutes in case data had to be entered into system. I had to approach desk to notify them I had work to attend to and needed vehicle. There was also another customer who followed same process. There are enough employees around desk to keep things moving
